Laphroaig – 10 Year Old Islay Single Malt (70cl, 40%)

Laphroaig 10 Year Old is an Islay single malt in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 40% vol. It is the classic expression of the distillery. The malted barley is dried over a peat fire, which gives the whisky its smoky character. The colour is bright gold. The nose has intense peat smoke, maritime notes, medicinal notes and some sweetness. The palate is full-bodied, salty and very smoky, and the finish is long, with salty, smoky notes.
