Laphroaig 10 Year Old Royal Warrant is an Islay single malt Scotch whisky, bottled at 40% ABV in a 70cl bottle. This bottling dates from before 1994 and comes from the Royal Warrant collection.
Peat and smoke define its character. Green apple, ripe pear, dried apricot, cinnamon and thyme come on the nose, with a little oak smoke. The palate offers honeyed fig, vanilla, toasted almonds and gentle peat in a full-bodied, velvety texture, and the finish is long, with smoky cedar and caramelised sugar.
