This is a limited edition Islay single malt from Laphroaig, aged for ten years and finished in sherry casks. It is bottled at 48% abv in a 70cl bottle.
The finishing casks are European oak barrels that previously held sweet Oloroso sherry, adding sweetness and complexity to the character of the classic Laphroaig 10 Year Old.
Notes of Manuka honey, grilled bacon and maple syrup are described alongside the peat smoke and seaweed Laphroaig is known for.
