Laphroaig 10 Year Old is an Islay single malt Scotch whisky matured in ex-bourbon barrels. This pre-2013 bottling has a strength of 40% ABV and comes in a 70cl bottle.
Its amber colour has golden highlights. The nose combines strong peat smoke, seaweed and a little sweetness. Smoke leads the palate, balanced by salt and sweetness, before a long finish with sweet seaweed lingering.
