Medicinal peat smoke runs alongside vanilla, honey, orchard fruit and soft oak spice. The nose offers peat smoke, sea salt, vanilla, honey, citrus zest and toasted oak. The palate is rich with smoke, caramel, baked apple, vanilla, oak spice and black pepper. The finish is long and warming, with peat smoke, coastal minerality, sweet oak and subtle spice.
