Laphroaig 18 Year Old is a peated Islay single malt from the Laphroaig distillery, which overlooks the sea. It is matured in ex-bourbon casks for a minimum of 18 years and bottled at 48% in a 70cl bottle. The nose brings peat smoke, sweet vanilla, toffee and gooseberry. On the palate there are cinnamon, leather and freshly baked apple tart. The finish adds fruit, herbs, mint and peat smoke.
