Laphroaig – 1995 SMWS 20 Year Old 29.171 - Essence of Islay is a single malt whisky from Laphroaig (Islay). Aged 20 years, bottled at 58.4% ABV, 75cl. Matured in refill bourbon barrel. A world-renowned Islay distillery, famous for its distinctive character of its heavily peated spirit and it has one of the longest-serving single malt brands. It was built in 1815 by Alexander and Donald Johnston and is today owned by Suntory Holdings through its Beam Suntory division.
