This Laphroaig was distilled throughout 1993 and aged for 21 years. It was filled into first fill ex-bourbon barrels, and is a limited edition for the Friends of Laphroaig.
Both kiln-dried and air-dried American oak barrels were used, to add complexity and to reflect the subtle changes in flavour that come with the changing seasons.
