Its 25 years of maturation took place in Oloroso sherry casks and bourbon casks.
The nose brings peat smoke, vanilla, smoked bacon, dried fruit and light honey. The palate is full and intense, with spice meeting peat smoke and fresh apple. The finish is long and intense, smoky and peppery.
