This is a 25-year-old Islay single malt from Laphroaig, released in 2023 as a limited edition. It is bottled at its natural batch strength of 47.3% in a 70cl bottle, without chill filtration and in its natural colour.
The whisky was matured in a combination of ex-bourbon American oak casks and European oak casks. It remains heavily peated.
Its character is described as vanilla sweetness, oak spice and subtle sherried richness alongside the peat smoke.
