Laphroaig – Cairdeas Feis Ile 2017 Quarter Cask

Laphroaig Cairdeas Feis Ile 2017 Quarter Cask is an Islay single malt Scotch whisky from Laphroaig Distillery, released as a limited edition to mark the 2017 Feis Ile festival. It is matured in quarter casks. Being smaller, they bring the spirit into closer contact with the wood, which speeds maturation and adds depth. The result is a full-bodied whisky in which Laphroaig's medicinal peat, maritime character and coastal salinity are joined by oak, vanilla sweetness and warming spice.
