Laphroaig Lore is an Islay single malt in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 48% vol. It is made in small batches and matured in five different casks, and it brings together Laphroaig distillates aged between 7 and 21 years.
The nose is rich, with peat smoke, sea breeze, vanilla and dark chocolate. The palate is full-bodied, with strong peat smoke and a fine chilli heat. The finish is long, dry and spicy, with a clear sweetness coming through at the end.
