Laphroaig Quarter Cask is an Islay single malt bottled at 48%. After its regular maturation in ex-bourbon casks, it spends further time in smaller casks known as quarter casks. Laphroaig is known for very smoky whiskies, and the extra maturation in quarter casks gives a more complex and milder result. The character is one of smoke, ash and sea.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
