Laphroaig – Select

Laphroaig Select is a single malt built from casks chosen by Laphroaig's master distiller from several of the distillery's key styles: Quarter Cask, PX Cask and Triple Wood, which uses Oloroso sherry. A final addition of 10 Year Old completes the vatting. The heart of the spirit comes from a final maturation in American oak casks, which are rarely used for Scotch whisky. It is bottled at natural colour. The result keeps Laphroaig's trademark peat reek, set alongside oak and sweetness from the different maturations.
