Laphroaig Select Cask is an Islay single malt at 40%, in a 70cl bottle. It is aged in a mix of casks: Oloroso sherry butts, American white oak, hogsheads seasoned with Pedro Ximenez, quarter casks and first-fill bourbon casks.
The result is a restrained, toned-down take on the distillery's Islay style.
