Laphroaig The Cask Lore is an Islay single malt Scotch whisky bottled at 48% ABV. It is made from single malts aged between seven and twenty-one years, matured in ex-bourbon, European oak, Oloroso sherry and quarter casks.
The colour is golden amber. The nose brings earthy peat smoke and sea salt, with dark chocolate and ash. On the palate there is spice, char and a subtle chilli warmth, and the finish is short and dry yet sweetly lingering.
