A Kentucky straight bourbon from Larceny, made from a wheated mash bill and bottled by John E. Fitzgerald at 62.7% (125.4 proof). It is non-chill filtered, and this is batch B524, a May release. Larceny Barrel Proof is released three times a year, in January, May and September. Dark sepia in colour, it shows toasted bread, maple and cinnamon on the nose. Rich molasses coats the tongue, with fig and hazelnut, and the finish fades into lingering warmth.
