Larceny Barrel Proof Batch C924 (62.5%)

Larceny Barrel Proof is a bourbon bottled straight from the barrel, here as Batch C924 at 125.1 proof (62.55%). Each release has its own strength and flavour, and the batch code shows which release it is: the letter C marks the third of the year. It is a dark sepia colour. The nose is toasted bread with maple and cinnamon. On the palate, rich molasses coats the tongue, with fig and hazelnut. The finish fades into lingering warmth.
