This is a seven-year-old straight wheat whiskey from Laws Whiskey House in Denver, Colorado, in a 75cl bottle at 50% (100 proof). It is Bottled in Bond and was the first wheat whiskey to be bottled in bond in Colorado.
It is made from a single season's harvest of heirloom Centennial wheat, a spring soft white variety grown in the San Luis Valley for Laws.
Tasting notes mention jasmine tea, sage, spruce tips and pink peppercorn.
