Laws Four Grain Straight Bourbon Cask Strength is a bourbon from Laws Whiskey House in Colorado. It comes from a single barrel, chosen for its character and bottled at cask strength. The grains are corn, wheat, barley and rye, grown on two Colorado family farms. The mash is fermented in the open air, on the grain, as a sour mash. The bourbon spent a minimum of three years in 53 gallon charred white oak barrels, shaped by a high altitude climate and mountain spring water.
