Laws San Luis Valley Straight Rye Bottled in Bond is a six-year-old rye whiskey from Laws Whiskey House in Colorado. It is described as the first bonded rye in Colorado history. As a bottled-in-bond whiskey, it is the product of one distilling season at one distillery, aged for at least four years in a federally bonded warehouse and bottled at 100 proof (50%). The grains are grown and harvested on family-owned Colorado farms, and the fermentation is done on the grain in the open air.
