Laws San Luis Valley Straight Rye is a Colorado rye whiskey from Laws Whiskey House. The grain is a low-yield, semi-wild rye grown at 7,400 feet above sea level in the San Luis Valley, on the Cody Family farm, which has cultivated it since the 1930s.
It is made with an open-air, on-grain sour mash process and aged for a minimum of three years in thin mountain air. It is described as luxurious in texture and generous in perfume.
