Laws Whiskey House Four Grain Finished in Cognac Foeder is a straight bourbon made from heirloom Colorado grains. Well-aged Four Grain Straight Bourbon is first finished in Cognac casks of various sizes.
It then moves into a 50-year-old Cognac foeder for a second stage of solera-style ageing. Each year only a portion of the whiskey is drawn off, and the vessel is topped up with newly Cognac-finished Four Grain bourbon.
