Ralphie's Reserve is a small-batch straight bourbon from Laws Whiskey House in Colorado, bottled at 45% ABV. It is made from heirloom Colorado grains and spring water from El Dorado Springs, just south of Boulder.
The mash bill combines heirloom wheat, rye and malted barley, and the bourbon spent over three years in new 53-gallon charred oak barrels. A portion of the proceeds from each bottle supports the Ralphie Live Mascot Program, which cares for current and retired live buffalo mascots and promotes education about the American bison.
