This is a single malt whisky from Le Breuil, finished in casks that previously held Oloroso sherry, the fortified Spanish wine. It comes in a boxed 70cl bottle.
The palate has a silky texture, with dried fruit such as raisins and figs, sweet spice and dark chocolate, and a light walnut aftertaste. The finish is long and warm, with sweetness and spice in balance.
