The nose is clean and direct, with apricot, acacia blossom and red fruits such as cherry, redcurrant and cowberry. On the palate, richness and firmness dominate, with a structure and nerve that suit it to food. It pairs with shellfish, fish, poultry or veal, ideally in light sauces.
