Ledaig 12 Years Old 2009 Hidden Spirits (70cl, 54.2%)

This is a 12 year old Ledaig from Tobermory distillery on the Isle of Mull, distilled in 2009 and bottled by Hidden Spirits at 54.2% in a 70cl bottle. It is lightly peated. It is described as both earthy and maritime, rustic yet very elegant, and easy to approach without losing complexity. It expresses, quite naturally, the contrasts that give Mull single malt its reputation.
