This is a 19 year old Ledaig, distilled at Tobermory on the Isle of Mull in October 2006 and bottled in 2025 by The Single Malts of Scotland. It matured in a single refill butt, and 636 bottles were filled.
The nose is deep and earthy, with peat smoke and a firm note of sea salt. The palate is oily, carrying sweet toffee, ripe apricot and bitter orange peel, with dried fruit and fine spices behind them.
The finish is long and dry, with oak and a last trace of peat fire.
