This is a 19-year-old single cask Ledaig, the peated malt made at Tobermory on the Isle of Mull. It was distilled in October 2006 and bottled in 2025 by Elixir Distillers, at a cask strength of 55.6% ABV, in a 70cl bottle.
The whisky spent its whole maturation in a single refill butt, and the cask gave 636 bottles.
The nose is earthy peat smoke with a marked salty, maritime note. The palate is oily, with sweet toffee, ripe apricot and bitter orange peel, then dried fruit and fine spice. The finish is long and dry, with oak and a last trace of peat fire.
