This is an 11-year-old single cask Ledaig, the peated malt made at Tobermory on the Isle of Mull, selected by the independent bottler Whisky Is The Limit.
It was distilled in March 2009 and bottled in November 2020 from a first-fill Marsala wine hogshead. The cask gave 371 bottles at a cask strength of 53.3%, in a 50cl bottle.
The whisky is smoky, with sweet and sour notes of lemon, maritime peat, wine, spices and roasted almonds.
