Ledaig Castaway Single Malt Scotch Whisky (70cl, 61.1%)

Ledaig Castaway is a limited-edition peated single malt from Tobermory Distillery on the Isle of Mull, inspired by the island's rugged coastline. It is bottled at its natural cask strength of 61.1% in a 70cl bottle, non-chill-filtered and of natural colour. The nose brings bonfire smoke, sea spray and charred oak, with lemon zest and vanilla. The palate is oily and full-bodied, with earthy peat smoke, salted caramel and grilled citrus. The finish is very long and warming, with peat embers, maritime saltiness and sweet spice.
