This is a peated single malt from Tobermory Distillery on the Isle of Mull, released under the Ledaig name as part of the Sinclair Series. It is bottled at 46.3% in a 70cl bottle.
The whisky was matured in bourbon casks and then finished in wine casks from Spain's Rioja region.
The nose offers Turkish delight, rose petals, leather, a little pepper and a hint of chocolate. On the palate come smoke, peat, almond, dark fruit, vanilla and cinnamon. The finish combines smoke with red fruit and a salty touch.
