Letrari Spumante Dosaggio Zero

This spumante from Letrari is made exclusively from Glera grapes in the Valdobbiadene area. It has no added sugar after refermentation, giving a fresh, dry and authentic character. In the glass it is bright straw yellow with greenish reflections, with intense aromas of green apple, white flowers and light citrus notes. On the palate, fine bubbles highlight a pleasant sapidity, making it versatile as an aperitif or with fish and shellfish dishes. Ageing continues in autoclave using the Charmat method, preserving freshness and varietal aromas.
