A Vermentino di Gallura DOCG from Li Duni, grown in Gallura on granitic soils ventilated by the maestrale.
Ageing in steel preserves the aromatic intensity typical of the denomination. It shows a bright straw-yellow colour, with field flowers, aromatic herbs and a citrus hint on the nose, and sapidity with a delicate mineral touch on the palate. The mouth is harmonious, with persistence recalling Mediterranean scrub.
It suits fish, shellfish, light land-based dishes or summer evening sipping.
