Liberties Cooper Alley is a 10 year old Irish single malt from The Dublin Liberties Distillery, bottled in 2016 at 46% ABV. The name refers to the historic Liberties quarter in central Dublin.
The whiskey matured in bourbon casks and was finished in Oloroso sherry casks. Master Distiller Darryl McNally selected 31 casks for the bottling, which is non-chill-filtered.
Bourbon and Oloroso sherry sit alongside malt, honey, dried fruit, vanilla, nuts and oak spice.
