Oak Devil is a blended Irish whiskey from the Dublin Liberties Distillery, bottled by First Ireland Spirits Co. Ltd. at 46% ABV. It combines malt and grain whiskey matured in ex-bourbon casks, and it is non-chill-filtered.
The name refers to the historic Liberties district of Dublin and to a carved oak figure of a devil.
It is typically described as malty, with vanilla, grain, honey, oak spice and light fruit.
