Lillet Blanc (75cl)

Lillet Blanc is a wine-based aperitif from Bordeaux in France. It is made from a blend of selected wines and fruit infusions. The aperitif has a golden yellow colour with bright reflections. It is served well chilled as an aperitif, or used in cocktails such as the Vesper and White Negroni. It suits light starters, seafood, or a quiet end to the day. On the nose there are intense citrus notes, especially orange and lemon, with exotic fruit such as mango and passion fruit. On the palate, fruit sweetness is balanced by a touch of quinine bitterness.
