A French aperitif produced in Bordeaux from a blend of selected rosé wines and natural fruit infusions. The infusion includes redcurrant berries, oranges, cloves and a touch of quinine. It has a delicate pink colour and a fresh, fruity taste with a pleasant bitter finish. Serve chilled, neat, over ice or in cocktails, with light starters, seafood or finger food.
