This is a bourbon from the Limestone Branch Experimental Collection, a range of small bottles. The barrel was selected by EBRA, the European Bourbon & Rye Association. It matured in barrel #577 for 30 months and was made from 75% corn, 13% rye and 12% malt.
It is bottled at 95 proof, or 47.5% ABV, and 95 bottles were released. Limestone Branch was founded in 2010 by Steve and Paul Beam, descendants of Jim Beam and J.W. Dant. Luxco has held a 50 percent stake in the company since 2015.
