Limoncè Stock (1L, 25%)

An Italian lemon liqueur made with selected Italian lemons and their peel. Its profile is fresh, citrusy and light, with a soft texture and a pleasant taste that highlights the natural vivacity of lemon. It comes in a 1 litre bottle at 25% vol., suited to home service, bars and restaurants. Serve it well chilled, ideally between 0 and 6 C, in a chilled glass as a digestif or after a meal. It can also be lengthened with soda or tonic water, or used in sorbets and desserts.
