A traditional Italian limoncello from Bonollo, made from selected Verdello lemons grown in southern Italy. Fresh lemon peels are infused in alcohol, then balanced with sugar and water. It is bright yellow, with intense fresh lemon aromas, light floral and herbal notes, and a soft, velvety palate. Serve well chilled as a digestif, with citrus tarts, cream ice cream or soft cakes, or use it in fresh cocktails.
