This is a 13 year old Linkwood, distilled in 2009 and bottled in 2022 by Signatory Vintage at 43%. It comes in a 70cl bottle.
The whisky was finished in a first fill sherry butt and bottled as a single cask. It belongs to Signatory's Monuments series, which is devoted to Scottish landmarks, with labels illustrated by the artist Petri Jäsperi. It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colour.
The nose is floral, with cherry, candy sugar and dried fruit. The palate brings dark forest berries, peach and apple, with plenty of sherry and toffee. The finish stays fruity and sweet.
