Linkwood – 13 Year Old 2013-2026 American Oak Hogsheads "Soho Selection" by Milroy's of Soho (70cl, 53.4%)

This is an independent single malt from Linkwood in Speyside, distilled in 2013 and bottled in 2026 by Milroy's of Soho as part of its Soho Selection. It matured for 13 years in two American oak hogsheads and is bottled at a cask strength of 53.4% in a 70cl bottle. The active American oak adds a creamy note to Linkwood's fragrant, ester-led style. The nose offers green apple, crisp pear, elderflower and vanilla custard. On the palate come orchard fruits, runny honey, shortbread and gentle citrus zest, leading to a clean, refreshing finish of barley sweetness and soft wood spice.
