The nose is lively, with apple and pear pastries, creamy vanilla custard and ice cream, delicate florals, hints of tropical fruit, soft marshmallow and a gentle earthy note. The palate is silky, with baking spices, subtle herbal notes, coconut, milk chocolate, sponge cake, trifle, cappuccino and resinous pine. The finish is moderately long, with orchard fruits, warming spice and a touch of toasted oak.
