A 14 year old Linkwood, distilled in 2011 and bottled in 2026 by Signatory Vintage as a 100 Proof edition at 50% ABV. It was matured in Oloroso sherry casks, and the sherry influence shows most clearly on the palate.
The nose has baked apple and sweet malt with sultanas and a light floral note. On the palate, toffee and milk chocolate sit alongside ginger and cocoa, with dark fruit and toasted oak. The finish is long and spicy.
