This is a 31 year old Speyside single malt from Linkwood, bottled for the Best Dram range by the independent German bottler Whisky Druid. It was distilled on 5 June 1995 and bottled on 17 July 2026.
It comes from a single first fill cask, number 15, which had held Pedro Ximénez sherry only once before. The cask gave 347 bottles at a cask strength of 50.6% ABV, with natural colour and no chill filtration. In the glass it is rust brown.
The palate is led by complex sherry notes alongside the Linkwood distillery character.
