Liquirizia Mazzetti (70cl)

An intense and recognisable liquorice liqueur with a clear, sincere aromatic profile: deep root notes, balsamic hints and a slight earthiness make it immediate and genuine. The sip is enveloping and round, with a soft consistency that never becomes heavy thanks to a balance between sweetness and a pleasant bitter finish; persistence is good and leaves a clean, slightly salty aftertaste that invites a second sip. It is perfect as a digestif served chilled or at room temperature, and also suits small gastronomic pairings with dark chocolate, vanilla ice cream or aged cheeses.
