Liquore 6828 Elisir Limone e Vaniglia (70cl)

An elixir of lemon and vanilla from Distillerie Ferro. The aroma opens with a vibrant freshness of lemon peel, softened by warm vanilla that sweetens without weighing the drink down. On the palate it shows roundness and clarity, with a balance between sweetness and acidity that keeps the sip smooth; the finish lingers on vanilla with a light citrus memory. It is not overpowering, intended to accompany rather than cover. Serve chilled or over ice for slow sipping, or use in citrus-based cocktails where it adds depth and body. It also pairs with cream pastries, lemon desserts, fresh cheeses and dried fruit, and can flavour sweet sauces and semifreddo.
