Liquore ai Fior di Sambuco - Holler Sambo - Roner (70cl)

A liqueur from Roner, part of the Holler Sambo line, made by infusing fresh elderflowers gathered in Alto Adige. It has a bright straw-yellow colour and an aromatic bouquet of floral notes with light fruity nuances, balanced by refined sweetness. On the palate it is soft and persistent, with a fresh, slightly herbaceous aftertaste. Serve it cold as a digestif, use it in light cocktails, or pair it with fruit desserts and fine pastries.
