A raspberry liqueur from the mountains of Alto Adige, made by infusing carefully selected ripe raspberries in neutral alcohol. It has a bright red colour and a fresh aroma of just-picked berries. The palate is soft and enveloping, with a persistent fruity note and a light acidic lift. Serve chilled as a digestif, or use in refined cocktails and with chocolate or creamy cheese desserts.
